When you are done reading this page click the "Free
Course" Button at the Bottom.
That will take you to our Alzheimers Course (it is the free course
being offered...just like some restaurants..no substitiutions)
You will see the text of the course which you can read on line or
print out and read.
At the bottom of the text you will see a "Take This
Test" Button. Click it and you take a multiple choice test on the
material.
PLEASE NOTE: You must answer all the questions.
You cannot leave any blank.
At the end of the test click the "Next"
button.
You will receive your score within seconds (80% or better is
passing).
Next you will be prompted to go to the registration page. Go
there and fill out all information completely. (The password you use should be
a new one and not necessarily one used on AOL or any other service).
After submitting your registration you will be taken to the
Personal Professional Planner where you need to enter your license information. This
is required by your state agency and is held in a secure database.
After all that click on review your certificates. Click on
the Alzheimers name and your certificate will appear on the screen. Feel free to
print it out.
If you want to take more courses, click on planner and select from
the list of courses.
