A NOTE TO AOL 3.0 USERS: (4.0,

If you are experiencing
problems with this site, try hitting your reload button on your browser. If that
does not work, follow the instructions here for manually emptying files which have been
cached.
FIRST: Make sure you are on this page on
your browser. This should not be done while on the Test or Quiz page.
1) Click on the "start" button on
your windows 95
2) Click on "programs"
3) Click on "windows explorer"
4) In windows explorer you will see two sides
to the screen. On the left side scroll down to "windows" and click
on it.
5) On the right side of the screen then scroll
down to "temporary internet files" and click on it.
6) In the upper left of the screen click on
"edit", then click "select all", this will highlight everything on the
right side of your screen.
7) In the upper left of the screen click on
"file", then click "delete". If it asks if you are sure you want
to delete click on "yes".
8) Return to AOL and procede with your MEDCEU
courses. Do this whenever AOL brings up an old MEDCEU test or file that you have not
requested.
A NOTE TO AOL 4.0 and Higher USERS:
Follow these simple steps to solve caching problems with the browser portion of this
new version of AOL.
FIRST: Make sure you are on this page on
your browser. This should not be done while on the Test or Quiz page.
Step 1: Go to "My AOL"
on your top toolbar (The 6th icon over on the toolbar.)
Step 2: Click on "Preferences"
which is the third option down.
Step 3: Click on "WWW"
which is on the top row, fourth from the left.
Step 4: A box should appear which is titled: "AOL
Internet Properties".
Step 5: Disable the Check box
where it says "Use Compressed Graphics" (so the checkbox is blank).
Step 6: Click APPLY then click OK.
Step 7: Return to MEDCEU By clicking here!
